4. Booking and Payments

4.1 Booking Process

When you make a booking through our services, you are offering to purchase travel arrangements subject to these Terms. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by relevant travel suppliers.

4.2 Payment

Payment terms vary depending on the type of service booked. Generally:

• Deposits may be required at the time of booking
• Full payment is typically required 30-90 days before the travel date, depending on the supplier
• Immediate full payment may be required for special promotions, last-minute bookings, or certain airfares

Specific payment requirements will be communicated to you at the time of booking.

4.3 Price and Surcharges

All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise specified. Prices may change at any time due to supplier increases, currency fluctuations, tax changes, or other factors outside our control. We reserve the right to pass on any surcharges imposed by suppliers.

4.4 Travel Documents

You are responsible for ensuring you have all necessary travel documents, including but not limited to valid passports, visas, vaccination certificates, and insurance policies. We may provide general information about these requirements but cannot guarantee their accuracy or completeness as requirements change frequently.

5. Cancellations and Changes

5.1 Cancellation by You

If you need to cancel a booking, you must notify us in writing. Cancellation fees will apply and vary depending on:

• The timing of your cancellation relative to the travel date
• The type of service booked
• The specific terms of the travel supplier

Specific cancellation policies will be communicated to you at the time of booking.

5.2 Changes by You

If you need to change your booking details, such as dates, destinations, or traveler information, we will attempt to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee availability. Change fees may apply as determined by the relevant travel suppliers.

5.3 Cancellation or Changes by Us or Suppliers

In rare circumstances, we or our travel suppliers may need to cancel or significantly change your booking due to factors such as force majeure, insufficient participation, or operational issues. In such cases, we will:

• Notify you as soon as possible
• Offer an alternative service of comparable standard if available
• Provide a refund of amounts paid if no suitable alternative is available or acceptable to you

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• PrawnCulat acts as an agent for travel suppliers and is not liable for the acts, omissions, defaults, or negligence of these suppliers or their employees.
• We are not liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity that may be caused by defect or failures of any vehicle, vessel, aircraft, or other equipment used by travel suppliers.
• Our liability for any claim is limited to the cost of the services provided by us.
• We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, or pandemics.

7. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all clients obtain comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking. Travel insurance should cover at minimum:

• Trip cancellation or interruption
• Medical expenses and emergency evacuation
• Baggage loss or delay
• Personal liability

We can provide information about travel insurance options upon request, but the decision to purchase and the selection of coverage is solely your responsibility.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of PrawnCulat or our content suppliers and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, display, frame, perform, publish, distribute, disseminate, transmit, or circulate any content to any third party without our express prior written consent.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
